Ken's Homemade Chili
Quick, Easy, and Good to eat on a snowy Kentucky day!
1 small white onion diced
5 TBS chili peper
2 TBS salt
2 cups macaronie noodles
1 1/4# - 1 1/2#ground beef 85/15
2 - 16 OZ(1LB) cans dark or light kidney beans
1 - 28 OZ (1 LB 12 OZ) can diced tomatos
1 - 28 OZ (1 LB 12 OZ) can tomato paste
condements - saltine crackers, Frito corn chips, sour cream, shredded cheese
Fry the ground beef and sprinkle 1TBS salt as frying.
Drain the fat off of the ground beef.
Add all ingrediants except the macoronie noodles back in the pot and add water to the top of pot. Bring to boil and let simmer for 30 minutes. Add the macaronie noodles and let simmer another 15 minutes.
Serve over Frito corn chips or with saltine crackers. Serve with cheddar cheese and sour cream.
